- Average price = $720,622
- Most affordable = $440,000 | Danforth & Vic Park
- Most expensive = $1,125,000 | Queen & Broadview

- Average price = $1,040,995

Overall the condo market is still quite active however there does seem to be some negotiating going on as the average % of list price is hovering around the 98% mark (compared to the 120-130% of list seen earlier this year).
