  • Most expensive = $860,000 | Queen West

1-Bed + Den

  • 31 units sold
  • Average price = $667,252
  • Most affordable = $487,500 | Hwy 27 & Finch
  • Most expensive = $960,000 | Danforth Village

2-Bed

  • 45 units sold
  • Average price = $720,622
  • Most affordable = $440,000 | Danforth & Vic Park
  • Most expensive = $1,125,000 | Queen & Broadview

2-Bed + Den

  • 20 units sold
  • Average price = $1,040,995
  • Most affordable = $578,000 | Warden & Sheppard
  • Most expensive = $2,130,000 | Bayview & Sheppard

Overall the condo market is still quite active however there does seem to be some negotiating going on as the average % of list price is hovering around the 98% mark (compared to the 120-130% of list seen earlier this year).
