Market Observations
It seems that the market continues to be cooling off overall with the average sale price for almost every sector being down on a week-to-week basis.
- 1-bed condos sold the fastest @ only 20 DOM
- 1-Bed + Den condos had the highest % of listing price (101%) which can indicate more competition
- 2-Bed were still the most active in the condo sector
- 3-bed homes had the lowest days on market & highest % of listing price which shows strong demand
