These stats relate to the City of Toronto (Lake Ontario -> North York | Scarborough -> Etobicoke)
The average percentage of list price for both home types was 100%, indicating that homes were selling for their asking prices.
The average number of days on market (DOM) for 2-bedroom homes was 17, while the average DOM for 3-bedroom homes was 27.
The most affordable 2-bedroom home sold for $549,000 and was a detached bungalow with 2 parking spaces located at Danforth & Midland.
The most expensive 2-bedroom home sold for $1,080,000 and was also a detached bungalow with 2 parking spaces, located at Pape & Mortimer.
